Healing Trauma from the Inside Out with Integrative Medicine and Nutrition

So many of my clients tell me they feel exhausted, anxious, or stuck. They have tried therapy or medication but still feel like something is missing. Trauma does not live only in the mind. It affects the body, the nervous system, digestion, hormones, and even our sense of purpose. Medication masks symptoms and adds a list of unwanted side effects.

That is why I am studying Integrative Medicine and Nutrition for PTSD and complex trauma and creating an online group based on the work of Dr. Leslie Korn. Her approach to healing PTSD and complex trauma combines integrative medicine, nutrition, and mind-body practices to create real and lasting change.

Why I Am Offering This Group

Research on Adverse Childhood Experiences shows that early adversity increases the risk for depression, anxiety, chronic pain, autoimmune disease, and addiction. Many of us have been living with the effects of trauma without realizing it.

By weaving nutrition, lifestyle changes, and gentle mind-body practices into trauma treatment, we can begin to calm the nervous system, restore healthy rhythms, and build resilience. This group is designed to make these skills accessible to you in a supportive and interactive format.

What You Will Learn

In this online group we will explore practical tools you can use right away to support your healing:

  • How trauma affects your body and your daily rhythms such as sleep, digestion, and energy

  • How specific foods, supplements, and herbs can support brain and nervous system health

  • Simple practices like breathwork, gentle movement, and time in nature to reduce stress and improve mood

  • Ways to use nutrition and self care to reduce anxiety, pain, and insomnia

  • How to create your own personalized plan for healing that fits your life

You do not need to be a clinician to benefit from these practices. Everything we do will be practical, clear, and supportive of your self care.

Why This Matters for You

If you have been feeling burned out, anxious, or physically unwell, this group will help you:
